UltraClear™ - The new standard in laser resurfacing

The UltraClear™ is an advanced Er:YAG fiber laser, designed for all skin types for effective skin rejuvenation and resurfacing with minimal recovery time. Advanced Technology:

UltraClear® uses patented 3DIntelliPulse technology (MID IR Ablative Cold Fiber Laser), which operates at a wavelength of 2910 nm. This unique technology provides high water absorption, removing the desired layers of skin at precise depths. This minimizes unwanted thermal damage and delivers sufficient coagulation to reduce bleeding and other complications. The degree of coagulation, in addition to ablation is adjustable as desired.

Applications:

UltraClear® offers six different treatment modes, allowing treatments to be tailored to specific patient needs.

1. Clear Mode - Cold fractional ablation of the stratum corneum layer, up to 15% of the stratum corneum. Quick results for skin texture, sun damage and irregularities, with minimal downtime and lowest pain level.
2. Clear+ Mode - Cold fractional ablation up to 80% of the epidermal layer. Dramatic improvement of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots (benign cosmetic keratoses) and acne scars.
3. Ultra Mode - Deep rejuvenation in the mid-dermis using patented 3DIntelliPulse technology, which promotes the growth of new and stronger collagen and elastin. Significant improvement of deep wrinkles, fine lines and scars.
4. UltraClear Mode - Combines Clear+ and Ultra Mode for maximum results. Instant and long-lasting results for smoother, tighter, brighter and younger-looking skin.
5. Laser-Coring Mode - This advanced technique delivers excellent cosmetic results, especially for deep wrinkles and deep scars, giving patients smoother, younger-looking skin.
6. Surgical Mode - To cut, as in a blepharoplasty. With this technique, you are able to cut very precisely and coagulate directly where necessary.
