XERF™ from Cynosure Lutronic is a monopolar radiofrequency system for non-invasive skin tightening that uses the world's first multifrequency monopolar RF technology. By combining 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz radiofrequency in a single pulse, energy is delivered at different skin depths, with controlled heat supporting the production and remodelling of collagen and elastin.
The system offers three adjustable treatment depths (Shallow, Middle and Deep) and ten energy levels, allowing treatments to be tailored precisely to the treatment area and the desired tissue depth. Alongside this, Accurate Impedance Feedback continuously analyses skin impedance and automatically adjusts energy delivery accordingly.
Thanks to Wave Fit™ Pulse Technology, energy is distributed across multiple pulses with integrated cryogenic cooling. This achieves a controlled temperature rise and heat retention while preserving comfort during treatment. Patients therefore benefit from a treatment without needles, anaesthesia or downtime.
