Benefits
The eCO2 3D from Cynosure Lutronic is the newest fractional (and full beam) CO₂ laser platform on the market, delivering a full 40 W. Its combination of power, precision and versatility lets it treat a wide range of indications, from fine lines to deeper wrinkles, scars and skin laxity.
With the dedicated Controlled Chaos Technology, three interchangeable spot sizes (120, 300 and 500 μm) and the latest roller handpiece, the practitioner can fine-tune depth and intensity to the skin and the desired result. This makes the eCO2 3D suitable for superficial skin renewal (light approach) as well as intensive resurfacing and skin tightening.

The eCO2 3D offers three interchangeable spot sizes, matched to different skin indications:
120 tip (120 μm) ultra micro spot, 1-17% density, for scars, (deep) wrinkles and tightening
300 tip (300 μm) super micro spot, 5-58% density, dyschromia, fine textural changes
500 tip (500 μm) micro spot, 20-30% density, dyschromia, glow
The device also offers a range of scan shapes and sizes, complemented by an integrated skin contact sensor that only delivers energy on direct skin contact.
The static scan mode allows deeper treatments for wrinkles, skin laxity and (acne) scars. The dynamic scan mode treats larger areas quickly and evenly, with a shorter treatment time and limited downtime.

Controlled Chaos™ Technology distributes the laser energy in a randomised scan pattern. Heat spreads more evenly as a result, which limits hotspots and supports recovery. The result is a more comfortable treatment, fewer side effects and optimal clinical outcomes.
