The LASEMD ULTRA™ from Cynosure Lutronic is a 1927 nm thulium laser system built on non-ablative fractional laser technology. By creating controlled microchannels in the skin, it stimulates natural skin renewal with minimal thermal load on the surrounding tissue. Its high 20 W power output, optimised Top-Hat beam profile and large treatment zones make treatments fast, precise and consistent.
The LASEMD ULTRA™ creates controlled microchannels in the skin, stimulating natural skin renewal and collagen production. At the same time, these microchannels increase the uptake of cosmeceuticals and other topical products (Laser-Assisted Drug Delivery), so treatments can be tailored even more closely to the patient's needs.
What sets the LASEMD ULTRA™ apart is the combination of fractional thulium technology and laser-assisted delivery of active ingredients. The microchannels created can be used immediately after treatment for the uptake of cosmeceuticals and other topical products. The intuitive user platform also provides real-time feedback and extensive settings, so treatments can be matched precisely to each patient's needs.
